Cliffside Cottages is a family owned business geared towards families, dated back to 1936.
Cliffside Cottages is built on a cliff overlooking beautiful Colpoy’s Bay, on the shores of Georgian Bay on the Bruce Peninsula just three km north of Wiarton and seventy six km south of Tobermory in Southern Ontario, Canada (see map below).
We have 590 feet of waterfront private property and a sand beach with a fire pit for your family to enjoy. Our old-fashioned waterfront cottages are built on different levels of the cliff, descending to the waters edge, only accessible by stairs.
Whether it’s lazing in the sun, swimming or floating around in the clear clean waters of Colpoy’s Bay or relaxing around the campfire on a star filled night, we are sure you and your family will have a great time at Cliffside Cottages.
There are many activities and attractions in the area. Mountain biking, fishing, scuba diving, rock climbing and golfing are part of them. You can also easily access the Bruce Peninsula National Park. If you want to explore the area and like hiking, the Bruce Trail, Canada's longest footpath is at our doorstep. The trail runs for 800 km along the Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
