OUR COTTAGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
July and August reservations are booked exclusively on a weekly basis.
Weekly reservations run from Saturday 2:00 p.m. (check-in) to Saturday 11:00 a.m. (check-out). There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Reservation Deposit is confirmed when a minimum of 20% of the rental rate is received. Payments can be made either by direct deposit (our account number will be provided upon request) or by credit card (using PayPal below).
Balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the occupancy date.
Security Deposit of $300 is required upon arrival, in cash. Fees for any damage, excess cleaning or for extra guests will be deducted from the Security Deposit at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled by the client more than 15 days in advance of the occupancy date, a $100 administrative fee will be charged and the rest of the Reservation Deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 15 days in advance of the occupancy date, the 20% Reservation Deposit will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled by Cliffside Cottages due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the client agrees that we shall not be held liable or in any way responsible
for any loss or inconvenience such cancellation may cause, and our only
liability shall be to the extent of providing a refund of any fee
paid.
