Quotes rated do not include taxes.

Weekly reservations run from Saturday 2:00 pm (check-in) to Saturday 11:00 am (check-out).
Reservation Deposit is confirmed when a minimum of 20% of the total rate is received. Payments can be made either by direct deposit (our account number will be provided upon request) or by credit card (using PayPal below).
Security Deposit of $300 is required upon arrival, in cash. Fees for any damage, excess cleaning or for extra guests will be deducted from the Security Deposit at check-out.

Balance can be paid either upon arrival in cash or by credit card (using PayPal below), within 24 hours prior to check-in.

Cancellations: if the booking is canceled more than 15 days in advance of the occupancy date, a $100 administrative fee will be charged and the rest of the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is canceled less than 15 days in advance of the occupancy date, the 20% Reservation Deposit will not be refunded.

There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
